Property Executive

We are hiring a Property Executive to assist with the management and leasing of a co-living property in Johor Bahru, near the checkpoint. The role involves supporting tenants, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high occupancy rates in collaboration with the Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advertise and show available rooms, prepare lease agreements, and handle tenant inquiries and renewals.
2. Address tenant concerns, conduct property checks, and organize community activities.
3. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning, ensuring property compliance with regulations.
4. Develop strategies to attract tenants, manage online listings, and create promotional materials.
5. Maintain lease records, assist in property performance reports, and monitor rent payments.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of the Johor Bahru real estate market and co-living industry is a plus.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
8. Proficiency in English and Malay is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
