About the role

Kith and Kin Realty is seeking experienced and driven Property Agents / Real Estate Negotiators / Property Sales Advisors to join our thriving team in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the dynamic real estate industry.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service to prospective buyers, sellers, and landlords
• Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on local property trends and pricing
• Actively networking and generating new leads through various marketing channels
• Arranging and hosting property viewings, open houses, and client meetings
• Negotiating deals and closing transactions to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintaining accurate records and client information in our database
• Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on delivering the best outcomes
• Thorough understanding of the local property market, including trends, pricing, and regulations
• Proficient in using real estate software and digital marketing tools
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele
