• Manage team in planning, concept development, execution, and coordination of promotional events and marketing activities nationwide including motorsports and customer events.
• Maintain and sustain each product positioning, branding touchpoints, and communication plan on all platforms.
• Create promotional plans and strategies to increase product visibility and awareness, involving setting objectives, budgeting, and choosing appropriate channels.
• Develop promotional materials such as advertising copy, social media content, and brochures, ensuring these materials effectively communicate the product's features, benefits, and value.
• Conceptualize and prepare product communication briefs to accurately share BSH intentions with creative agencies to prepare promotional proposals.
• Be the custodian of the product promotion schedule and plan to ensure each activity is completed in a timely manner.
• Promotional contents include key visuals, introduction plans, above and below the line materials, as well as maintaining section administration and approval work including filing, ISO documents, expenses and claim monitoring, EPR, payment, etc.
• Maintain expenses and investments within the allocated budget.
• Liaise and collaborate cross-functionally with other divisions/agencies on project requirements, proposals, quotations, and other necessary matters.
• Maintain Honda and Boon Siew Honda’s corporate and visual identity.
• Undertake any other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Admin/International Business/Communication.
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Understanding of product and its selling points.
• Involved in Marketing Communication and well-versed with Social Media Platforms.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
