Project Surveyor

We are a consultancy firm specializing in quantity surveying and construction cost consultancy works. In line with our expansion, we are seeking a highly committed, motivated, and capable individual who is driven towards performance excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Preferably candidate with 1-2 years working experience in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Preparation of cost plan, BQ, progress claim, variation order claims, final account.
• Coordination with client, consultants, etc.
• Undertaking cost estimation, cost monitoring, and control for updating project budget.
• Other ad hoc assignments as and when required by the management.
