Location of Office: GFG Tower, at Klang. Most of the time on-site directly

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a strong background in construction project management and quantity surveying? We are looking for an experienced Project Site Supervisor & Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our dynamic team and manage exciting projects!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Oversee site safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to maintain project standards.

Quantity Surveyor (QS) Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct cost analysis and track project financial performance.
• Ensure proper valuation and payment certification for work completed.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
• Prepare progress reports and assist with project forecasting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
• Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in construction/renovation project supervision and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
