Project Site Supervisor-C&S Works

Our client is an established main contractor specializing in water construction and environmental engineering. They undertake a wide range of civil and water projects across the Klang Valley, covering design and construction of pumping stations, water and wastewater pipelines, service reservoirs and water retaining structures, treatment plants and water networks. Currently, they are looking for two additional Site Supervisors to be assigned in the project sites in the Klang Valley for immediate start.

Job Roles & Duties

1. Responsible for the site supervision in relation to civil works on projects as directed by the Site Manager.
2. Managing subcontractors and suppliers on site performance.
3. Oversee and monitor progress of on-site works.
4. Supervision of the works, keeping records, measuring, managing correspondence and contractual documentation.

Job Requirements

1. Malaysian male age 25-35.
2. Possess a Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering; degree qualified engineering graduates, however, are deemed overqualified for the role.
3. 2-3 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor on civil projects within the water/wastewater industry or water engineering.
4. Knowledge of water networks/pipework in new building or Civil works will be highly regarded in the job application.
5. Strong supervisory and people management skills.
