We are looking for a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and be capable of designing, analyzing, and implementing mechanical systems for various projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications for equipment and systems, performing engineering calculations and simulations to ensure optimal performance.
2. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate new product designs and their technical aspects.
3. Lead project management activities, collaborating with teams to create project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget while coordinating with stakeholders for smooth execution.
4. Implement quality control procedures to meet industry standards, conducting testing and validation to ensure mechanical systems operate effectively.
5. Proactively identify and troubleshoot design issues, providing innovative solutions to technical challenges throughout the development process.
6. Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare technical reports, presenting findings to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs into production and to address any technical challenges that may arise.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in mechanical engineering with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within specifications is highly valued.
3. Proficiency in mechanical design software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools).
4. Strong technical and analytical skills with a deep understanding of engineering principles.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
6. Effective communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment.
7. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
8. Able to speak in Chinese (to communicate with clients and labor).

Certifications:

Certifications in construction safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) or project management (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.

1. Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
