Job description

Responsibilities

Manage existing customers and develop new customers
Quote & follow up on sales enquiries / tender within timeline
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers
Regular visit to customer and understand customer problems / requirements, create business opportunity and develop good customer relationship
Prepare sales & planning visit report weekly / bi-weekly
Consistently provide feedback to the team regarding competition, product and/or market needs.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual and team objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of company products & applications for the purpose of product sales.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Electronic or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of related sales working experience in the field of industrial automation (fresh graduates are welcome too)
Details oriented, good communications and presentation skills
Able to meet tight deadline for tasks
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
