Project Operations / Compliance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Follow company procedures and processes to execute shipments by sea, air, and road. Role is start to finish including customer service.
• Attend customer sites and also the port/airport for supervision of projects. Note that this can be anywhere in Peninsular/East Malaysia.
• Work together with the operations manager to support compliance-related functions such as ISO.

• Work closely with peers in our Pricing Teams to ensure that all opportunities are fully developed to their maximum potential.
• Be open-minded and actively seek additional training from other sections when workload allows, only in agreement with the respective management teams.
• Support and work in other sections when workload requires it, only in agreement with the respective management teams.
