Job Descriptions:
To liaise with relevant authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth progress of the projects.
To be responsible for overall planning and execution of Project Management, which includes coordination, scheduling, conceptual design, quality control, appointment of consultants, selection of contractors, safety requirements, and progress, including handing over and post-sale of the project.
To assist QS in tendering and award of contracts.
To coordinate with the project team on activities concerned with project progress, regulatory compliance, and quality management compliance.
To ensure all resources are managed productively and efficiently within the budget.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 6-8 years of working experience in the related field.
Preferably specialized in Property Development or equivalent.
Able to coordinate between Architect, Consultants, contractors, and local authorities for the smooth execution of the project.
Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, proactive, able to work independently, and positive thinking.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
Required Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin Language will be an advantage).
