About The Role

The principle purpose of the role is to plan and manage small to medium-sized projects, across all phases of the project life cycle.

• Defines the detailed plan and its interdependencies, including planning for and locating project resources.
• Defines management responsibilities for project team, involving people, budget and planning.
• Works according to plans developed or translates those portions of business requirements into plans to culminate in business acceptance of results and meeting business objectives.
• Interface with various stakeholders, which involves the agreement, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables.
• Handles communications between projects and with stakeholders.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and to provide direction and support to project team.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.
• Provide guidance and assistance to peers should situation require.
• Willingness to travel is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence stakeholders relationships.
• Has strong and proactive personality, and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Good conceptual skills, resourceful and time management skills.
• Proven ability in applying relationship management skills and to be able to build good relationships at senior management level.
• Committed and able to work under pressure to meet assignment deadline.
• Self-motivated, good team player, persistent and able to work independently.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / AGILE certificate is desired.
