Project Manager (KL)

• Proficient in English/Bahasa Malaysia, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and result oriented.
• At least 10 years of Project Management experience in Construction Industry specially M&E or ELV trade.
• Possess own transportation and able to travel.
• Experience in Risks Management, managing project P&L and pools of Project Managers.
• Knowledge in Malaysia Contractual Laws (JKR, PAM, etc) will be an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Responsible and hard-working personality.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
