The Project Executive manages event projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning, Launch and Registration:
Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Liaise with internal and external parties to successfully launch the event online.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan & execute marketing activities to meet registration targets.
Client Management:
Build good relationships with clients.
Coordinate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor event plans accordingly.
Provide expertise, and advice to clients and manage clients’ expectations.
Event Execution:
Oversee on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
Address any issues that arise during events promptly to minimize disruptions.
Budget Management:
Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Prepare financial reports and assist in invoicing clients post-event.
Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct debriefings with clients and internal teams to assess event success and areas for improvement. Compile comprehensive reports detailing event outcomes and client feedback.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in event planning or project management, with a proven track record of managing events independently.
