Project Manager (Digital Advertising)

Responsibilities include:

• Primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their requirements, provide weekly updates and address any concerns promptly.
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
• Develop and present comprehensive campaign plans and tactics, including timelines, define deliverables and manage production/output.
• Act as a liaison between all internal departments and the client to ensure timely completion of projects/campaigns.
• Maintain and update the project management tool (We use ClickUp internally) with client-related tasks, deadlines, and progress updates.
• Management reporting.

Here’s what you need:

• Ability to read and write in Mandarin and English.
• 4+ years of related work experience (Agency experience preferred).
• Organized, extremely detail-oriented, and thorough.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and proactively seek out solutions to problems.
