Job description
Responsibilities for this Role:
- Provide project plan, schedule and other specifications to country stakeholders
- Act as coordinator to facilitate smooth communication between various internal teams on project deliverables
- Ensure SOPs are created and training provided to relevant teams
- Ensure smooth go-live implementation by providing on-site support
- Provide continuous operational support and information on implementation and operational processes to country teams
- Responsible for following DHL’s DePICT methodology through all aspects of the project
- Assist country teams to implement operational processes and solutions
- Roll out new projects with project plans and documentation
- Support Project Lead with tasks and projects arising from Country/ Regional strategic initiatives and direction
Requirements for this position:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Industrial or Data/ Computer
- Minimum 8 Years of experience in Project Management, Implementation or Industrial Fields
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Project), Power BI, AWS/SQL
- Ability to generate reports and analyze data
- Good meeting facilitation skills
- Experience in LEAN and SAP would be advantageous
- Able to travel across Malaysia where needed
