Title: Project Manager

Location: KL, Malaysia

Job Description
A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities:

  • Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques using agile method.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the business users and relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meet with business users to take detailed requirement briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Track project performance and update in Enterprise Project Management (EPM).
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with business users as well as other members.
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Manage cyber security risk assessment and security remediation for issues involved in the project.
  • Delegate tasks on the project to project members best positioned to complete the task.

Basic Qualifications
Good / Excellent business user-facing and internal communication skills.
Good / Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Skilled in preparing required documentation and presentation materials to stakeholders.

Experienced In Project Management And Software Tools Advantages
  • Certification in Project Management.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in agile project management.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (for Malaysian candidates).

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
