Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and aligning project objectives with organizational goals. You will play a critical role in facilitating communication between stakeholders and managing project resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budget.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability for project tasks.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.
5. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill stakeholder expectations through regular review and feedback cycles.
7. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that all changes are documented and communicated effectively.
8. Performance Tracking: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, measure performance, and report on project outcomes.
9. Retrospective Analysis: Conduct project retrospectives to gather insights, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Software Development, or a related field. PMP, CAPM or equivalent certification is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in Software Development or IT. Experience with both Agile and waterfall methodologies is a plus.
3. Skills:
   • Strong organizational and time management skills.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheet).
   • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
