• Responsible for overall planning and execution of project(s), from pre to post contract management functions.
• Work closely with Contract Manager / QS on procurement.
• Responsible for overall project implementation to meet the budgeted cost.
• Work closely with project, operations team and contractors to ensure quality work and timely delivery of project(s).
• Prepare reports & relevant documentation on project progress. Affluent with MS Project Gantt Chart schedule.
• Serve as a key person with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team before submit to client.
• Organize / attend meetings or presentations for project(s) involved.
• Have good leadership / communication skills.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience preferably with specialization in corporate office interior design fit-out works / Architecture / Building.
• Experience in leading and managing multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Highly motivated, possess positive work attitude and result driven.
• Willing to travel.
