Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager for a short-term contract to oversee the construction of a factory in Senai Airport City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the construction process, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly, and aligning with timelines, quality, and safety standards. This role requires effective coordination with local construction teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage factory construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines, ensuring all goals are met.
• Resolve on-site issues to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Attend site inspections, meetings, and coordinate with consultants/contractors to address technical challenges.
• Prepare progress reports, measure quantities, conduct investigative work, and provide general research to support project reports and presentations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience, especially in construction engineering projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Capable of working independently and managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
