Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Comzos Real Estate Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director and overall takes charge of the assigned Development Project
• Liaise with Architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure the development project progresses as planned.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Participate in the selection and management of vendors and subcontractors
• Collaborate with the broader Comzos team to identify and implement process improvements

What We're Looking For

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably specialized in Property Development or equivalent.
• Able to coordinate between Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and local authorities for the smooth execution of the project.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, pro-active, able to work independently and positive thinking
• Proficient in written & spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin Language will be an advantage)
• Willing to travel between Tangkak, Johor, and Melaka due to project needs
