Responsibilities:

1. Lead engineering/manufacturing projects in material optimization or instrument redesign.
2. Lead strategic initiative and manage global programs.
3. Enable & assist in the process of project planning, control & reporting.
4. Identify and explore new opportunities or new ways of doing things.
5. Lead innovation/project workshops and forum.
6. Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
7. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
8. Collaborate and connect with multi-functional global engineering teams.

Qualifications:

1. Master / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or in related field.
2. Typically 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
3. Relevant working experience in project management. Understanding of project leadership.
4. Understanding of instrument manufacturing & design.
5. Require in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
