Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with product specifications and packaging development from artwork to print.
• Work closely with marketing, product teams, and agencies to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Manage tasks with approved vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Create and manage project schedules, adjusting timelines and priorities as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication.
• Participate in project briefings, kick-off meetings, and reviews.
• Anticipate and address project issues, escalating when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Supply Chain).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in packaging, supply chain, or a related field.
• Ability to handle 10–20 projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
