SWIM also provides research-driven professional training courses to ensure the latest know-how is put to use.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Management Executive. The Project Management Executive will be responsible for for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within the organization. This role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure the successful completion of assigned initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Project Planning and Coordination

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify project deliverables, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives.

(2) Execution and Monitoring

• Track project progress against timelines and budgets, ensuring milestones are met.
• Manage and address project risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
• Organize and lead project meetings, providing status updates to stakeholders.

(3) Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations effectively.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to management.

(4) Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Review and optimize project processes for improved efficiency and outcomes.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management.
• 2-4 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Good multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
