Project Management Executive

As a Project Management Associate, you will be the key point-of-contact throughout the lifecycle of token-listing projects. This role involves planning and designing program progress while managing timelines, budgets, resources, and potential risks and issues.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for token-listing project lifecycle.
• Plan and design program progress, including management of timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.
• Manage customer demand while assisting the commercial team in maintaining customer relationships.
• Advise the commercial team on service packages and listing contracts; support the operation and marketing teams on service preparation and execution.
• Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders to enhance efficiency and solve problems within the project delivery process.
• Identify existing and potential program risks or issues, adapting work as required (agile approach).
• Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• At least 0-1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcomed.
• A strong interest in the crypto industry is essential.
• Experience in program/project/account management is highly preferred.
• Open-minded and a fast learner with a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication, execution, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multi-stakeholder relationships independently and with ownership.
• Result-oriented with strong driving ability, capable of controlling the program from strategy to detail level.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin (spoken, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
