Project Logistic Specialist

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Assist in developing project schedules and ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Lead the creation and definition of innovative business and process concepts by collaborating with multiple business teams in Seattle and in our Fulfillment Centers across the country.
• Measure and analyze existing products and processes for opportunities to innovate and improve.
• Manage several transportation planning, policy, operations, safety, and/or environmental research projects.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and work to develop long-term relationships.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proficient in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for work communication.
• Willing to be placed in Tambun, Bekasi.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain company.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, analyze data, and propose solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
