We're in the business of providing digital marketing services to companies in the B2B, education, and finance sector. Our work helps our clients to either grow their businesses or impact their communication channels more effectively.

But we're unlike any other marketing agency out there.

In fact, this will probably be the weirdest job description that you'll ever come across.

I've been in this line of business long enough to know that most marketing agencies are operating on a broken model. If you've been in a marketing agency before or know someone who worked in an agency, they would tell you that the work hours are arduously long, and there's a never-ending need to bend over backward for every client request.

But you may be delighted to know that we've flipped the entire business model of an agency. I take a lot of pride in knowing that we're unconventional, slightly controversial, unique, and above all, useful.

For starters, we've become a 100% remote company. Yet, we get more done than ever before. Clients love that about us, and our people love working here because of that ability to work independently while being part of a team.

There's no office politics as well. I know how toxic that can be for your well-being, and we have zero tolerance for that type of stuff.

We are looking for a talented Project Lead to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for a handful of clients to help improve their ROI from digital.

As a Project Lead, you should have solid experience in marketing with a client and project management. You should also clearly understand how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Digital Leadership:
    • Develop and implement digital strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable ROI.
    • Continuously re-evaluate and optimise strategies based on data insights, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Lead strategic discussions with clients, challenging conventional thinking with innovative digital solutions.
  2. Account Level Insights:
    • Regularly review and analyse competitors’ digital campaigns and identify opportunities for differentiation.
    • Drive A/B testing strategies, including hypothesis generation and result interpretation, to enhance campaign performance.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations for creative and content direction.
  3. Client Consultation & Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic consulting.
    • Translate client goals into actionable digital strategies and oversee their execution.
    • Lead quarterly business reviews, presenting strategic insights, campaign performance, and future opportunities.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on digital best practices and new growth opportunities.
    • Address client queries promptly with a strategic perspective and data-backed recommendations.
    • Educate clients on digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to elevate their digital maturity.
  4. Project Management:
    • Manage end-to-end project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly.
    • Collaborate closely with Digital Advertising Specialists, Designers, and Content Specialists to bring strategic vision to life.
  5. Team Guidance:
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a proactive and strategic mindset.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver cohesive and high-impact digital campaigns.
  6. Quality Control:
    • Ensure the highest quality standards for all outgoing work, including strategic direction, creative assets, and performance reports.

Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a digital marketing manager, strategist, or client success lead.
  2. Strong expertise in digital strategy, SEO, media buying, and CRM implementation.
  3. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta advertising platforms.
  4. In-depth knowledge of digital analytics tools, A/B testing methodologies, and competitive analysis.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated digital campaigns that drive ROI.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to client interactions.
  7. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for guiding and inspiring teams.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
