We are seeking a Project Lead for a full-time on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. The role includes overseeing daily operations of palm oil operations in KL, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing strategic guidance for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of palm oil operations in KL
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams
3. Manage stakeholder relationships
4. Provide strategic guidance for project success

Requirements:

1. Engineering degree, Master's degree preferred
2. Minimum 5 years of project management in a dynamic environment
3. Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
4. Attention to detail with strong writing/presentation skills
5. Strong leadership and team management abilities
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Experience in palm oil or related industry
10. Knowledge of supply chain management
11. Proficiency in data analysis and technology tools
