We are seeking someone who is capable of managing projects from initiation to completion. This includes liaising with clients, planning and organizing project deliverables, and ensuring timely delivery. The successful candidate should also be an effective communicator among team members and stakeholders, providing solutions to any arising issues and maintaining the overall performance of the project.
What You Will Do
Organize and maintain the backend database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Categorize data to streamline processes and improve data retrieval efficiency.
Source for influencers suitable for the campaign based on campaign/proposal requirements.
Negotiate with influencers and confirm them for the campaign.
Create influencer contracts for each influencer.
Brief influencers on content requirements and guidelines, ensuring that they submit content drafts which align with the campaign brief.
Talk influencers through paid media access requests.
Schedule influencers for content submission and posting.
Ensure influencers adhere to the timeline provided.
Be the day-to-day contact for influencer inquiries, content edits, etc.
Collect and compile all analytics from influencers after postings have been done.
Provide daily campaign updates to campaign leads.
The Successful Candidate Should Have
At least 2 years of experience from either a fast-paced creative, digital, or social media agency.
Proven record of managing multiple projects at once.
Passionate about KOLs and social media.
Experience managing multiple freelancers across APAC for regional campaigns.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, excelling at multitasking and adjusting to change.
Organized, detailed, driven, and results-oriented, with a focus on exceeding targets, meeting deadlines, and setting high personal goals.
A social media user and familiar with trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Understanding of Xiao Hong Shu and Lemon8 is a plus.
Good with Google Excel.
Well-written and spoken English is a must.
Ability to speak and write in Chinese and/or Bahasa Melayu to undertake simple translation and communicate with regional counterparts.
