Project Executive ERP/ MES

About the Role:

Neogenius Engineering Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Executive with expertise in ERP, MES, and/or automation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support and drive business development, manage sales cycles, and oversee client projects. Ideal candidates will excel in adhering to structured processes and bring a process-driven mindset to our sales and project operations. This position provides a base salary with performance-based commission.

Our mission is to enable data-driven decision-making through real-time insights by connecting devices, machines, and systems. We focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and enhancing client operations through tailored ERP and MES solutions, cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Coordinate ERP, MES, and automation projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, client specifications, and compliance requirements.
• Act as a point of contact between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project metrics and generate reports for client updates, maintaining a high level of accountability.

• Identify and prospect clients, focusing on ERP solutions (e.g., Odoo, ERP Next, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and MES software (CIMFORCE, Fanuc, Digihua, Zyfra).
• Conduct product demos, lead client presentations, and guide clients through solution options.
• Build long-term client relationships, drive repeat business, and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Production planning experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, ERP Next, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and MES software (CIMFORCE, Fanuc, Digihua, Zyfra).
• Basic understanding of automation technologies or smart factory solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and project management within ERP, MES, or automation industries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex solutions to clients.
• Highly process-driven, with strict adherence to project protocols and structured decision-making.
• Chinese speaking and writing skills (optional).
• Must be a Malaysian resident.
• Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week, 8 hours per day (starting no later than 10 AM).
