Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
Monitor and track site progress, ensuring project milestones are met.
Attend site valuation, site meeting, CCM, and any project-related meeting or discussion.
Regulatory & Authority Liaison
Support in preparing and submitting documents for approvals (e.g., Development Orders, Building Plan Approvals, CCC, VP).
Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and contractors under the guidance of senior team members.
Documentation & Reporting
Assist in all paperwork such as progress reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
Maintain and organize project documents, ensuring timely submission and approvals.
Assist in tracking budget, costs, and procurement activities.
Support the team in managing defect rectifications during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
Assist in coordinating handover processes for CCC, VP, and client delivery.
General Administrative Support
Provide administrative and technical support to the project team.
Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HOD.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or property development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Basic knowledge of property development processes, construction management, and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD).
Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate development industry.
