Support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and efficient progress.
Organise and participate in project meetings to ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
Review, draft, and manage project contracts, ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies.
Monitor contract performance and assist in resolving disputes as needed.
Assist in procuring materials, services, and subcontractors, while evaluating tender submissions.
Contribute to project budget development and monitoring, preparing regular cost reports.
Ensure timely acquisition of necessary permits and approvals, staying informed on relevant regulations.
Track project progress, preparing and maintaining detailed reports on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Oversee work quality, mitigate risks, and enforce safety protocols on-site.
Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates.
Organise and maintain project documentation, ensuring records are consistently accurate and up to date.
Support senior project managers and team members, fostering collaboration and providing guidance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, contract administration, or construction-related roles (preferably in the property development sector).
Experience in handling contracts, tendering processes, and procurement is essential.
Knowledge of project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
Familiarity with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management in construction projects.
