Key Responsibilities
Project Initiation and Planning:
Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Prepare detailed project budgets and cost estimates.
Project Execution
Manage and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, construction, and installation.
Oversee site inspections and quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Financial Management
Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

Required Qualifications
