Project Executive

Job Description

To oversee and manage the successful execution of fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Initiation and Planning:

1. Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
3. Prepare detailed project budgets and cost estimates.

Project Execution

1. Manage and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, construction, and installation.
2. Oversee site inspections and quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications.
3. Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
4. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Client Relationship Management

1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
2. Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
3. Conduct regular client meetings to review project status and discuss any necessary changes.

Financial Management

1. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
2. Prepare and submit accurate project reports, including progress reports and financial statements.
3. Manage project invoicing and payments.

Risk Management

1. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
2. Implement effective risk management processes to ensure project success.

Team Management

1. Lead and motivate project teams, including internal staff and external contractors.
2. Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
3. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in [Relevant Field, e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management]
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the cabinetry or construction industry
3. Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
4. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite
7. Willingness to travel as required
