Assist Head, authority liaison & Development Coordination in all matters pertaining to project management and development process.
Assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, trackable, and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
Liaise with relevant authority bodies such as Majlis Perbandaran/SAJ/TNB/JKR/PKPJ to ensure the project obtains the necessary approvals within the scheduled time frame.
Liaise and coordinate with consultants on the progression of work to ensure the assigned project achieves completion on time.
Liaise with consultants and relevant authority bodies to obtain development approvals until Certificate Completion and Compliance (CCC).
Liaise with other departments at meetings relevant to project operations to ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect the latest information.
Attend site inspections whenever needed pertaining to authority bodies' approval and project management.
Liaise with all consultants in expediting drawings and related information.
Monitor fieldwork, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards, requirements, procedures, specifications, and codes.
Ensure completion of final project documentation and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural/Mechanical/Architecture/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying.
Experience in relevant Project Development/Planning is preferred.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
Able to speak in Malay/English; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
