Project Engineer / Site Supervisor

Company Background:

We are representing our client in electrical installation services in Malaysia to look for a potential candidate to be based in Kulai, Johor for the role of Project Engineer / Site Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
• Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
• Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
• Carrying out site inspections with the consultant.
• Coordinating with all trades.
• Assigning work tasks for subcontractors/workers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Details:

• Project based in Kulai, Johor.
• Accommodation provided for outstation candidates or Johorians staying far from Kulai.
• 5.5 working days (alternate Saturday).
