PROJECT ENGINEER EXECUTIVE (Major in Agriculture/Irrigation)

Qualifications:
- Degree in Agriculture and Biosystem Engineering.
- 2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., irrigation, fluid systems, agriculture).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on technology trends.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   - Plan and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
2. Design and Implementation:
   - Design systems and equipment, ensuring adherence to project specifications, including pipe sizing, flow rate, and headlock design.
3. Equipment Installation and Commissioning:
   - Supervise the installation of equipment, ensuring proper connection to utilities (diesel/electric water pumps). Oversee commissioning to ensure equipment operates as required.
4. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
   - Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
5. Process Improvement:
   - Identify opportunities for enhancing project efficiency and implementing improvements.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   - Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to management.
7. Training and Development:
   - Offer training and support to project team members as needed.
8. Additional Responsibilities:
   - Monitor and manage assembly processes, such as pipe welding and painting.
   - Be willing to travel and work outstation as required.
