• Assist the Project Manager-Civil in all civil aspects up to the completion of projects.
• Implement all procedure and practices as stipulated in the Company’s policy, including ISO and Safety.
• Provide good assistance before and during internal/external audits by ensuring all related documents at site are updated from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Resolve site problems related to civil scope and work closely with Project Manager, Client, Consultant, Supervisor/Engineer, and site workers.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure works are carried out as per plan and with the highest quality/standard.
• Prepare progress claims and/or reports to the client, complete with quantity taking off, and follow up until the progress claim is paid.
• Attend field and witness material tests and all related tests as required in the project/contract or specifications.
• Prepare Method of Statement and any related technical documents as per request by client/consultant/company.
• Attend Project Monthly Progress Meetings including Safety Meetings.
• Prepare all site audit requirements, attend audits, and close any comments/NCR issued (if any).
• Prepare and manage local authority submissions, etc.
• Update, maintain, and achieve all related documents/manuals/records/correspondences as required for ISO 9001:2015/45001:2018.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including Safety and Health as per OSH 18001:2007/45001:2018.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by Project Director/Project Manager.
• Implement and maintain company's Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years working experience. Experience with TNB’s project is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess a CIDB green card & NTSP is an added advantage.
• Familiar with and able to operate Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
• Valid driving license.
• Possess own transport and able to travel to site (across Malaysia).
• Able to work irregular hours to complete site work activities.
