Project Engineer | 5 Days Work | Kulim Hi-Tech | Entry Level Welcome

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and oversee the construction and installation of projects in the semiconductor / cleanroom / wastewater sectors.
2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
3. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
4. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
5. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
6. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
7. Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
8. Manage procurement of materials and equipment required for projects.
9. Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
2. Entry level without experience are welcome, training will be provided.
3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
