Assist the team with technical documentation and engineering works.
Manage and provide supervision throughout the project cycle (design, construction, and installation).
Prepare contractor/vendor quotation evaluation and recommendation.
Coordinate project activities, monitor, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Conduct Risk Assessment on work matter statements.
Implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Site installation supervision and inspection works.
Resolve issues or problems that arise on the construction site promptly and effectively.
Monitor expenditures and project costs.
Scheduling and tracking of project progress, quality control, and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in related Engineering fields or Construction Management.
Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in the construction industry.
Strong SHEQ knowledge and ability to enforce SHEQ requirements.
Strong analytical skills and must be able to identify and solve problems quickly.
Able to work closely with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Well-versed in codes & standards and local regulations.
Ability to schedule, plan, forecast, and manage technical activities.
Ability to work within budgets and timelines.
Possess own transport and flexibility in traveling.
