Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• To assist project manager technically to run the project successfully.
• To assist in engineering calculations such as stresses, thermal & moment.
• To assist in engineer-designed systems (design & rectification of existing).
• To assist in the initial calculation of area prior to starting the project (Total area of project).
• To assist in cost estimation and budget conditioning based on initial projected area.
• To assist in the calculation of safety stock to perform planned projects without any delay.
• To coordinate and monitor work performance of workers, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and completion of the project to meet client's requirements.
• To assist in calculation and preparation of tender based on projected area or as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience as Project Engineer in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates must possess a diploma / bachelor's degree in engineering in Mechanical or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in oil & gas sector.
• Basic knowledge in Insulation/Blasting Painting/Piping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Excel).
