Project Director

The Project Director is responsible for all phases of the project, including working with contract department at tender stage, designing and implementing project plans to ensure timely project delivery within budget.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Lead assigned employees in the timely execution of project to delivery within budget with responsibility for productivity and performance.
• Manage material resources and ensure profitability of assigned project/s.
• Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise as required on project.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• To make sure that information is properly & timely disseminated to project team to ensure progress milestones are approved.
• Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE board or equivalent.
• Experience: 10 years’ experience in Data Center projects, with a total of 20 years’ construction experience.
• Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design and Contracts Management.
• Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects (from tender to hand over).
