Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Delivery Manager to join Bitdefender's Cyber Operations team, collaborating directly with our clients. As a Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the Support Team (Sales and Technical Consultants) to help manage client communications and logistics surrounding the delivery of our services. You will be expected to maintain existing client relationships by ensuring the quality of our project engagements.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can take the initiative in reviewing the delivery engagement process, shaping the client’s experience. The nature of duties includes the following:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform dedicated delivery management to Bitdefender’s clients to facilitate delivery and manage resources on various scopes of work, including penetration testing and remediation, security architecture reviews, security engineering, security operations, cloud security and compliance, and IT governance, risk, and compliance.
2. Involved in making informed decisions at every stage of the delivery engagement and serving as the point of contact for internal business units.
3. Liaise with clients and internal parties on current and upcoming project engagements.
4. Manage project lifecycle documentation and administration.
5. Review completed project engagements and gather feedback from clients.
6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to help increase the revenue stream outside of new business.
7. Communicate demands and requests from clients with the internal team.
8. Work with the Account Director and Cybersecurity consultants to plan for suitable resources to manage client expectations.
9. Collaborate with the Account Director, Cybersecurity consultants, and the client to provide support on producing proposals, statements of work, and project briefs.
10. Report to Bitdefender leadership and customer leadership on a regular basis about ground-level operations.

We are looking for someone with the following skill set and experience:

1. Self-driven individual who is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
2. 2 or more years of experience in project management, delivery management, or program management.
3. Strong communication and proficiency in English, with writing and interpersonal skills to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.
4. Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain relationships, understand client needs, and deliver impactful solutions clearly.
5. Professional approach to all aspects of their role, both internally and to clients.
6. Able to identify and resolve potential conflicts within internal teams and external clients and escalate when necessary to the respective business units.
7. Able to identify opportunities to improve and add value to the customer through service delivery.
8. Willingness to learn and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Any cybersecurity certifications and/or Project Management certifications.
2. Fluency in the local language.
