Project Coordinator ( Wireless)

Responsibilities:

1. Project planning and scheduling for RAN and Microwave deployment.
2. Coordinate with project manager to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
3. Coordinate with permitting/SA team and logistics teams to ensure that there is no blockage in site access and timely delivery of equipment and materials.
4. Allocate resources effectively, including equipment, personnel, and materials, based on project requirements.
5. Manage the deployment teams ensuring they have what they need to execute the project.
6. Serve as the main point of contact for project updates and information sharing between internal teams and clients.
7. Update daily progress to client, including internal project tracker.
8. Ensure project activity meet quality standards of clients.
9. Ensure all completed sites have the necessary documentation, such as site acceptance certificate and completion reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in coordinating/handling projects, especially in the telecommunication field.
• Presentable, able to manage work under pressure and odd working hours.
• Able to negotiate and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in both written English and Bahasa Melayu; able to converse in Mandarin & local dialects is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
