Project Coordinator (Interior Design)

Responsibilities:

• Clear communication with team members, clients, and subcontractors is crucial.
• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities daily.
• Supervising, coordinating, monitoring, inspection & review of work progress on site.
• Preparing & submitting work progress reports & managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of site, equipment & materials.
• Supervise and evaluate vendors/ suppliers/ subcontractors & keep accurate records of workers attendance.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion, schedule and track assignments.
• Ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Control and monitor site cleanliness & workplace compliance with applicable local authority regulations.

Site Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Certificate in an interior design construction related field.
• Minimum 3 years of interior design construction site supervisory experience.
• Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, equipment, materials, understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Reading comprehension of technical drawings.
• Good written and excellent communication and leadership qualities.
• Strong analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be willing to travel as instructed by management.
