To attend site meetings, attend client’s briefing/site measurement.
To prepare work schedules, reports, coordinate teams, and monitor project costing during the Pitching Stage.
To ensure work progresses smoothly and is completed within target time and budget.
To ensure the profit margin is achieved according to the set target.
Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work to kick off projects with the internal construction team.
Day-to-day project management, including liaison with all parties involved in the project (including Architects, Designers, Consultants, Main & Sub Contractors, suppliers, and other M & E Contractors).
Distribute drawings and advise sub-contractors on construction methods.
Capability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
Any other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Prepare, maintain, and update progress reports (fortnightly, monthly, etc.).
Assist in preparing correspondences on all project-related matters.
Requirements:
Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
Required skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD, MS Project.
Diploma or Degree holder in a related field.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Candidate must have initiative, be responsible, committed, and able to work independently.
Applicants must be willing to travel when required.
