Project Coordinator

Job Responsibility

1. Our projects are mainly shopping mall activation events like warehouse clearance in the concourse area and fit-out works in the outlet. Hence, willingness to work late with flexible hours on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays is mandatory.
2. To plan, execute, coordinate, and supervise the project’s team and vendors such as mall management, logistics, caterers, AV, deco, ID contractors, C&S contractors, M&E contractors, merchandise team, etc.
3. Fully involve in the project’s setup, operating, and pack down of the project.
4. Produce and manage the projects’ reports and documentation including authority and mall work permits.
5. To undertake any ad hoc tasks or assignments that are assigned by the management from time to time.
6. To manage the project cost at the optimum level.
7. No experience in the above work scope is welcome to apply.
8. Experience in the above work scope and ability to analyse ID drawings is an added value, so must apply.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM, diploma/advanced in a related field.
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Required language(s): good in writing English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Able to work independently and efficiently.
6. Able to travel and work midnight shifts.
7. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
8. Knowledge of MS Office.
