Responsibilities:

• Being motivated, innovative, and committed to the job of bringing change to the lives of every person we have the privilege of training.
• Learning the Group’s training methodology and content to the level required to deliver the excellent standard of training that the Group promises to the clients.
• Coordinating training sessions, setting dates, and ensuring participants attend the training.
• Understanding the scope of work and improving your knowledge in the business areas that the company is operating on, including training and any other business that may develop from time to time.
• Engage with local governments to identify targeted groups of participants.
• Being responsible for preparing and updating training materials in order to support training courses.
• Acting as a facilitator during the training course.
• Conducting calls to recruit participants for the program.

Your Profile:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Fresh graduates who are passionate about becoming change-makers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent leadership skills, communication skills, fast-thinking skills, sales and marketing skills, negotiations skill, time management, and planning organizational skills.
• Goal and target-oriented, detailed, responsible, proactive, efficient, disciplined, and positive.
• Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs.
• Resourceful, driven, and have the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Must possess own transport.
• Able to make rational analyses of prospective clients and strategically fit their needs.
• Able to communicate in English and local languages (Bahasa Malaysia / Indonesia / Filipino) with eloquence. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel.
