Description

In our studio, the coordinator will support project management and operational activities across various departments and projects (both games and beyond games), ensuring seamless coordination and communication. This role offers a unique opportunity for cross-training, allowing the candidate to gain exposure to different organisational functions and develop a diverse skill set. This role is an entry-level position for those starting out their career and/or wishing to pivot their career into the games and game technology industry.

Key Accountabilities

  • Project Scheduling and Coordination: Ability to independently and assertively coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resources.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Ability to facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive project and operational documentation, including reports, plans, and records.
  • Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Ability to identify and address potential project issues or bottlenecks, collaborating with team members to develop solutions.
  • Cross-Training and Skill Development: Interest in engaging in cross-training initiatives to gain a deeper understanding of Streamline and its different business functions and enhance project management skills.

Key Competencies

Project Coordinator will possess the following competencies:

Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Production-ready: Can create and format complex documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with multiple elements (tables, images, charts).
  • Intermediate Editing and Formatting: Efficient use of intermediate features like styles, conditional formatting, and custom animations.
  • Intermediate Functions and Tools: Proficient in using intermediate formulas, data analysis tools, and multimedia elements.
  • Collaboration Tools: Uses collaboration features such as track changes, comments, and sharing documents effectively.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Basic Documentation Creation: Can create and maintain simple, clear, and organized documents and reports.
  • Basic Data Entry: Accurately inputs data and information into templates or standard forms.
  • Simple Reporting Tools: Uses basic tools and features to compile and format reports.
  • Basic Understanding of Requirements: Has a fundamental understanding of the documentation and reporting requirements.

Team Leadership and Motivation:

  • Assertive and demonstrates effective leadership skills by guiding project team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and motivating the team to achieve project goals.
  • Provides basic guidance and support to team members. Leadership and motivational efforts often require significant oversight and support from more experienced colleagues.
