As a Project Control Engineer (M&E), you will play a key role in supporting project execution, coordinating technical tasks and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in Elmina, Selangor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative, operation and office works related to the business of the Company.
• Study and manage project scope of work and familiarize all of the specifications in project request.
• Project control management and schedule control with Gamuda and subcontractors.
• Background in Mechanical and Electrical engineering, experienced in engineering management and project execution.
• Proficient in P6 software operation, preferably with certification.
• Conduct comprehensive discussions with system engineers about substantial delays in reaching targets and analyze the causes.
• Daily site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and verify P6 schedules.
• Analyze the causes of engineering setbacks and discuss resolution strategies with management.
• Participate in regular and impromptu timeline meetings with the owner.
• Any of your managers assign jobs/work.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Preference with fluency in English, Mandarin and Malay (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Malaysian Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering.
• Candidates should have skills in engineering project control management and experience with the Gamuda ACC system.
• P6 experience of 1 year or more, certified candidates are highly preferred.
• Responsible, diligent, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
