Project Co-ordinator / Site Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma Holder or degree a plus
2. Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in site supervision/coordination work at building construction (with plumbing and electrical knowledge)
3. Experience in project design and implementation is a plus
4. Good command of both verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
5. Willing to work at irregular hours when necessary
6. Able to work independently, self-motivated, honest, have good communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the project team in coordination on site
2. Assist the team, where applicable, in the day-to-day duties of a project's administration, preferably with hands-on experience
3. Coordinate documentation, including plans and specifications with the drafting department in drawing/plan preparation for Consultants, Main Contractor submission
4. Prepare project progress reports, delivery & installation schedule, O&M Manuals, etc.
5. Project implementation to ensure delivery & handover of the project to meet contract deadlines
6. Liaison with Client, Consultants, Main Contractor, Sub-Contractors, Trade Suppliers, and related Authorities
7. Independent, pro-active, and prepared to travel to different work sites for execution of projects.
