Create and maintain a shared list of all store CO (Customer Orders) from email notifications.
Run report to complete the semi-weekly store order summaries and email store order summary spreadsheet to the appropriate department as scheduled (may include processing of Marketing HO).
Monitor accuracy of portal asset uploads – pricing and tab location.
Using the completed store order summaries and marketing orders, input data into the monthly summary spreadsheet for EOM invoicing purposes.
Input data into the monthly order summary spreadsheet (sorted by individual stores).
Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to ongoing and completed projects.
Create monthly control/process spreadsheets.
Work remotely from home.
Other Ad Hoc Tasks:
Seasonal change orders.
Freight tracking/monitoring.
Ability to step in and coordinate production as and when needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
Organizational skills for managing and organizing files efficiently.
Undertake any additional ad hoc responsibilities as required, contributing to the flexibility of the role.
